Chapter Seventy-five

Charlie’s POV

I couldn’t think, I couldn’t eat and I barely slept. Life without Alexander was horrible, he had saved me from a life of hell, always around to cheer me up, put a smile on my face and make me laugh when Max was being all serious and now, now he was gone.

I had slept in his bed for three nights in a row, his scent still lingered on his bed but as each day passed, it began to fade and I was worried I was losing him, Gypsy had been giving me the silent treatment as she blamed me for distracting him.

Max had tried to convince me to come back to his room but all I wanted was for Alexander to be back. Not having him here was breaking my heart over and over and i felt physically sick.

The few times I had left the room I had bumped into Alpha Zach, he never said a word and just bowed his head at me but each and every time, his scent nearly knocked me off of my feet and I wondered if he knew.
