Author Note-Regarding Incoming Arc
Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. Just a quick note. Chapter 22 will be the start of a new arc for Everly and the gang. There will be several arcs throughout the whole story.
As stated in the description, the story will be on weekly update-Sunday.
The chapters before chapter 22 are sorta like a prequel...um...or should I say things that happen before the journey starts for Everly and the gang.
Anyway, chapter 22 will be up this Sunday. It will be a free chapter. Cheers~!

Hi everyone, Hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm not going to drop this story. I will continue to update, but I might need some time. My grandma passed away. I don't know how to describe how I feel but this is hitting me hard. We're all busy with the funeral and other family issues. I won't abandon this story, I just need some time to get myself together. The Wingless Fairy: I'm not a Cannon Fodder Chapter 23: Wolves' Attack
The wolves surrounded them, pacing in circles, watching their every move. For a moment there, nobody makes a move. They were clearly outnumbered by the pack of wolves. Disney stood in front of them, growling and ready to pounce and attack. When the wolves saw Disney, they paused for half a second before the lead of the pack growled and they continues. Golden flecks flicker in Pluto’s eyes, his fangs sharpening as bits of dark magic swirls around his hands. The others felt faint magic beneath their feet and their eyes went over to Everly. It is her flight magic circle. The large lead wolf took a step forward, straightening its back, and let out an intimidating howl. As if the horn to war is being blown, the battle erupts between Everly and her friends and also the pack of wolves. The light emits beneath their feet as the flight magic circle was formed, shooting up into mid-air while carrying Everly and her friends.

Summoning a large solar magic circle, Everly lets it charge itself by taking in the light of the sun rays.Without wasting any time, the lead wolf lets out a loud howland Everly’s eyes went wide when all the wolves’ corpses rise.Everly gulps exchanging cautious glance with her friends. The lead wolf growls and the lifeless wolf charges towards them. Not giving the corpse wolves any extra attention, Pluto speed his way towards the lead wolf. The same goes for Blaze.Twirling her hands, Claire’s eyes went over to all wolves including the lead wolf. With a flick of her hand, water twisters shoot against the corpse wolves wiping them all out. The large water tornado lunge towards the lead wolf like a howling dragon.The powerful impact caused the lead wolf to take half-step backwards, Blaze took the opportunity to throw dynamic fire slash at it. The village Chief of Lausanne looks gravely at Everly and Claire as he explains the events befallen to the land in the past decade. Everly can only watch him in awed silence as both she and Claire witness the man’s tale.“Ten years ago, Obarrow Land separated into two villages,” the Chief says, looking overwhelmed by the mere conversation. “My village, which is the one you’re in now and the village where my brother is chief.”Everly feels Claire tense up next to her.
