Chapter Six

I woke up two hours later when I felt someone's burning gaze on me. I snapped my eyes open to see a large figure bent above me. The figure showed that it was a man and I stared into deep blue eyes that were staring right at me. The first thing I heard the figure say was:

"Hello Kiana. Nice to finally meet you." The deep voice resounded in my ears and it sent shivers down my spine.

I instantly got into a sitting position, scared to the bones.

"Who are you?" Was the first thing that came out of my mouth.

"Your soon-to-be husband." He replied coldly and I shivered in fear.

I have a feeling that this man is not nice.

"I don't have a future husband!" I blurted out a snappy reply before I could stop myself.
