The North Village (2)
Derek had fallen asleep shortly after sundown and Peter was still at the small table in the corner of the room with his various flowers, trying to come up with a cure for his friend's symptoms. Gemma, the German Shepherd, was asleep on the bed with Derek watching over him.  Stretching his back, Peter decided to stop next door to check on Mrs. Ivie, their old babysitter. Earlier that day, when Peter and Driz stopped by, Mr. Ivie

Bridal Training
Alma took Ella to the receiving room today for her bridal training. Ella wasn't sure entirely what bridal training consisted of, but she had expected it to have something to do with etiquette and manners.  "The first thing that we need to get you prepared for Lady Ella is the parade," Alma said. "Parade?"  "Yes, when your engagement is announced there will be a parade to go through the villages where you and the Prince will wave and smile at all the people and show them what the future of Briarglen holds." The Map
* * *Drizella Maddie and I had been wedding planning a little bit more in her room when we heard the voice of the King that sounded angry. I stood up from the bed and straightened my dress before he and the prince marched into the room. I curtseyed to him but I don't think he noticed. He walked right over to Maddie and fell to his knees. Before he left, the prince handed me the map that I asked for and I mouthed the words "Thank you" to him. When they left, I looked at Maddie and her eyes were wide when she said "Well that was weird," and we both chuckled softly.  After that, I headed across the corridor to my own room to open up the map that the prince brought for me on the small table that was purposed for tea. The table was relatively short and I moved half of the couch closer so that I wouldn't have to bend forward too far and hurt my back just by looking at it.
