The mist swirled around Amelia as the ship cut through the fog-shrouded waters. She gripped the railing, squinting to make out the island through the haze. Jagged rocks jutted up like teeth ready to tear the hull to shreds. Her heart pounded. After so many leagues, they'd finally reached their destination.
