hhhh!!" A startled scream left my lips when I found Jaycob sitting on my bed waiting for me.

He instantly stood up and looked towards the door and I did the same knowing full well that my parents heard the scream.

The walls of this house here thin so no sound would go unheard, yes even the sounds of my parents ferocious activities.

"Shit!" Jaycob muttered quickly run to my bathroom while I heard the hurried footsteps followed by the door bursting open revealing a worried looking mom and dad.

"What's wrong? Are you okay?" Dad asked scanning my room followed by looking outside the window which was wide open.

Knowing full well that I would get in trouble if I told them there was a guy hiding in my bathroom, I pointed at my beside table and lied,

"I saw a lizard crawl under the bed,"
