Chapter twenty two

Cass got back to the pack and headed straight for Aiden's room. As he got in, Aiden was getting ready for something he knew nothing about.

"What took you so long, Cass?" Aiden questioned without turning around to look at him.

"Kiara was adamant on seeing you? I don't think she likes your idea."

"Well, I don't care if she likes it or not. She's got to do what she came here to do and leave the pack once it's done." Aiden heaved deeply. It wasn't so easy being tough, but he had to.
