Liam's pov"Oh, my goodness", I screamed as I jolted out of sleep. I was so confused, I was lying right beside Lucy on her bed, with only boxers. I struggled to remember how I'd gotten here, and then I remembered Lucy gave me a glass of wine and the last thing I remembered was feeling lightheaded. What could have happened? Had I been drugged? Asher's pov"It Should not be more than two hours after you left for your friend's place," I said, narrating the horrible incident to Liam who was seated at my bedside in the hospital."Those men pretended to be hotel guests, but they were actually there to harm me" I said, my voice shaking with fear. Asher's povAfter I was discharged from the hospital, I was given some painkillers and other medication to take home. I discussed with Liam about changing our hotel and we agreed that it was best not to return to the hotel where Lucy already has access. So, we agreed to continue our honeymoon in another hotel in Munich, a different city from Berlin so as to be on the safe side. Liam also changed his phone number so that Lucy couldn't contact him anymore. This whole experience had been extremely stressful and scary, but I was relieved that we were taking steps to stay safe.Though Liam's father offered to provide a bodyguard, we declined the offer, as we also need our privacy.
