Martha told me all about this Lakeburgh town where they built a secret hideout for all people like us. Anomalies—she called them. Strange people that were not supposed to exist in this world.

They had powers, and strength and there was nothing like them. So, she said it was important to stay together and stop each other from running evil and wreaking havoc on the world.

I liked this idea. She told me this compound had existed in Lakeburgh for hundreds of years and every time these people suspected something out of the ordinary had been born, they always went to get this new anomaly before things became bad for him or her.
