Chapter One: The Party

Tiffany O'Hearn gazed out of her bedroom window, a smile playing on her lips. The sun was shining brightly over the picturesque town of Clandestine, where the O'Hearn Clan had called home for generations. It was a place where supernatural beings thrived, hidden from the prying eyes of the human world.

Tiffany's mind was buzzing with excitement as she thought about the upcoming party her family was planning. It was a special occasion, a celebration in honor of the Montgomery Clan, one of the most respected and influential werewolf families in the area. The Montgomery's had recently welcomed a new addition to their family, and the O'Hearn's wanted to throw a grand party to show their love and support.

Tiffany's parents, Orion and Ysabelle, were well-known in the town for their warmth and generosity. Orion, with his towering presence and kind eyes, was the Alpha of the O'Hearn Clan, while Ysabelle, with her grace and wisdom, acted as the Luna. Together, they led their clan with love and compassion.

As Tiffany stepped out of her room, she was greeted by the scent of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. She followed the enticing aroma to the kitchen, where her mother was busy pulling trays of warm cookies out of the oven.

"Morning, Mom," Tiffany said, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. "The cookies smell amazing! Is there something special happening?"

Ysabelle turned around, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Good morning, sweetheart! Yes, indeed, something very special is happening. Your father and I are planning a party for the Montgomery Clan. We want to celebrate their new addition and show them how much they mean to us."

Tiffany's heart swelled with pride. Although she was only a kid, she can already understand things. She admired her parents' dedication to fostering unity and harmony among the supernatural families of Clandestine. It was a value she held close to her heart as well.

"I want to help," Tiffany declared, her voice filled with determination. "I want to make this party unforgettable for Montgomery's. What can I do?"

Ysabelle smiled, her love for her daughter evident in her eyes. "Oh, my dear, I knew you would want to be a part of this. We have so much to do. We need decorations, food, entertainment, and of course, we can't forget about the cake!"

Tiffany's eyes sparkled with excitement as she imagined the grand festivities that lay ahead. She knew that planning such an extravagant event would require careful organization and coordination.

Over the next few days, the O'Hearn household buzzed with activity. Tiffany, along with her parents and the rest of the clan, worked tirelessly to prepare for the party. The O'Hearn estate was transformed into a magnificent wonderland, adorned with twinkling lights, colorful banners, and fragrant flowers.

Tiffany's passion for baking took center stage as she collaborated with the clan's resident pastry chef to create a stunning cake. She meticulously piped delicate icing flowers and arranged them in a cascade of beauty. The cake became a masterpiece, a reflection of the love and care the O'Hearn's had for their friends, the Montgomery's.

As the day of the party arrived, the O'Hearn estate hummed with excitement. Tiffany watched in awe as her parents greeted the Montgomery Clan at the grand entrance, welcoming them into their home with open arms. The werewolf guests were adorned in their finest attire, their eyes shining with anticipation.

The evening unfolded like a fairy tale. Laughter echoed through the halls as guests reveled in each other's company. The aroma of delicious food wafted through the air, tempting even the most disciplined of appetites. The night was filled with music and suddenly, a young boy appeared beside one of the Montgomery's. Tiffany became stunned upon seeing who the person was.

"Hello!" she greeted and waved her hand to the boy. The boy only smiled a bit. "What's your name?" she asked.

The boy lent his hand to Tiffany. "Killian. My name's Killian Montgomery."

As their hands touched, a pang of pain was felt into the woman's head, causing her to feel nauseated. "O-Ouch!" She placed her hand on her head.

"Are you alright?" Killian asked.

When Tiffany met the boy's eyes, she saw the most beautiful ash-color orbs as her heart skipped a bit.

She saw blood. She saw swords. She saw two matured people doing holding hands.

She saw... death.

Tiffany's heart raced as the future memories flashed before her eyes, the images of her and Killian intertwined in an intense and potentially dangerous situation. The fear that gripped her was palpable, sending shivers down her spine. However, she fought to maintain her composure, not wanting to reveal the turmoil within.

"Y-Yeah," she replied.

As the vision faded, Tiffany took a deep breath, steadying herself. She realized that these glimpses into the future were both a gift and a burden. They offered her a glimpse of what was to come, but they also brought with them a sense of impending danger and uncertainty.

Remaining calm on the surface, Tiffany knew she needed to process what she had seen. She couldn't dismiss the vividness of the memories or the emotions they evoked within her. There was a connection between her and Killian, one that transcended the present moment and reached into a future that was yet to unfold.

But as she contemplated the implications of those memories, doubts crept into her mind. What did they mean for her journey of self-discovery? Were these visions a sign of a destined path, or were they warning her of potential harm? And most importantly, could she trust Killian, the person entwined with her in those unsettling glimpses of the future?
