Sianna's POV 

I woke up with the chirping of the birds, sun rays falling on my face, and I greeted the day with a wide smile. 

It is been a week we have returned to our home safely. We three are living in the penthouse, away from Aldrich's parents. Aldrich has cut down all the contact with his mother, father as he does not want to stay in the touch with those people who can't see him happy. 

Aldrich's father begged me when Aldrich was not ready to forgive him. He joined his hands and almost cried for remission but I didn't budge. 

I would have forgiven him and asked Aldrich to let it go only if I was the one who got hurt but in this case, my baby is the one who has suffered the most. We almost lost him. My heart still trembles when I think about that. So I just followed my soon-to-be husband, ignoring his father's requests.
