Chapter One

The morning sun rays were coming through the window and were laying on her beautiful face. She squeezed her eyes tighter, making wrinkles around them. She sighed softly while turning her back toward the window. Fresh air was flying through it bringing flowers' smell from the large garden on the other side of the window, making her nose fill with them. A soft smile crawled on her face. She tried to disappear in her sleep again.

Abruptly, she heard the bangs on the closed door and heard it opening. It irritated her. She wanted to slap the face of the person who dared to open her door without her permission. " We've been attacked, ma'am. " Her employee Avni shouted in a trembling voice. There was an alarm in her tone. It shook her off from her attempt of sleeping again.

She was in black shorts and a blue crop top. Her long brown hair was resting on the pillow spreading all over it.

She heard her heart picking race though she was trained to face anything. " What?" She straightened up with a jolt, her big sleepy eyes staring at her. " Oh, my God! Sara? " She threw the cover away from her body and jumped out of the mattress. She grabbed the car keys and her cell phone, throwing them in her shorts pocket. She rushed out of her room toward her door.

Two Years Ago

Her gaze roamed around in boredom. She saw some faces staring at her. She chose to ignore them. " Where is she?" She shouted, getting irked from waiting for her brother's girlfriend.

He smirked looking at his impatient younger sister. " She's on her way, Ell. " Her brother said, trying to convince her, " Should I order another coffee or something for you?" He asked.

Three cups of coffee were already laying on the table in front of her. " Yeah, sure. If you have serious intentions to kill me with caffeine. " She sarcastically said, crossing her arms over her chest, and leaning back against the chair. She creased her perfect arched brows.

"No one dies with caffeine. " He smirked. His expression was softened.

She gazed at her brother in impatience and raised her eyebrows in great irritation.

" I'm sorry. I'm sorry. " A girl shouted while running at them. She was holding her heels in her left hand.

She looked at her brother with a questioning gaze, " There she is! " His lips pulled up with a warm smile on his face.

" Broken heel in her hand. Don't tell me you can't buy her a good pair. " She taunted her brother.

She was in dark blue jeans and a pink one-shoulder top. Her heels were in her hand. She was running at them with remorse on her pretty face with blue eyes, lips covered with pink lipstick and short dark brown hair touching her chest. She was tall without heels. Her brother stood up from his chair wearing his broadest smile.

" I'm sorry, baby. I got late. I got stuck in traffic and my heels broke on my way coming here. I'm so sorry. " She pouted, remorse still clung to her pretty face.

She was grinning covering her mouth with her hand, hearing baby from her mouth for her muscular strong brother with the most green eyes, " It's okay, sweetheart." He spoke while smiling.

She sprouted out in loud laughter hearing sweetheart from her cruel brother. Although, he wasn't cruel to her. She was the only girl after his mother who witnessed his soft heart.

" Shelbina, " There was a warning in his soft voice. She instantly controlled her laugh but could not do it properly, " She is Sara. Sweetheart, she's my sister, Shelbina." He introduced them, glancing at her smiling, trying to rein in her laugh.

She extended her hand. "Hello, nice to meet you." She smiled. "I'm sorry for all this fuss." Sara bit her lower lip in nervousness.

"Pleased to meet you, Sara." She smiled. "She is cute." She whispered to her brother with praising eyes which earned her a smile from her handsome brother.

"Thanks." He blushed like a college boy.

At that moment, she realized that he was serious about this girl.

"Well, I'll see you later. Indeed, I'll call you, Sara. You both enjoy yourself. I'll take my leave." She smiled, feeling genuinely happy for him.

"But you don't have my number." She said, her big eyes declaring how nervous she was.

"I'll take it from my brother. Bye." She turned on her heels. Her smile was explaining to them that she had approved of her as a part of the family.

"Did I get her approval?" She heard Sara saying. Worry paced her tone.

"Two thumbs up." She showed her thumbs up over her head while walking toward her car.

He curled his arms around Sara as they both smiled peering at her going.
