In the dungeon

Ava and Keith both sat on the floor resting their heads on the wall, neither of them had any idea how much time had passed but they both found comfort in each other's presence, Ava was glad Keith was there.

"Hey Keith?"

"Hm?"

"Do you believe in fate?"

"Uhm... I guess so.."

He said hesitantly

"Me too.."

"You too?"

Keith asked

"Yeah, I think it's strange that we managed to meet up in these conditions."

"Yeah...."

Keith said

The two fell silent.

"Are you gonna find a way for us to get out of here"

She asked

Keith nodded slowly, still not convinced, even though he tried really hard not to think about what happened earlier.

"I'll try...."

They were both silent for a while, staring at the floor, until finally Keith asked

"Hey.......

"Hmm?"

She hummed in acknowledgement

"How are you holding up?"

"Better...."

Ava replied, looking back at him

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure!!"

"What about your family members, don't they know you are away or something?"
