Chapter One Hundred and Three - Telling A Sad Tale

Narrator's POV

Natalie felt the hole in her heart grow every passing day as the twins first birthday got nearer. Or should she say, triplets.

Her little babies were turning one and the mere thought of them not celebrating it with Sean made a frown come onto her face. Sophie and Ryle noticed their mother's frown, so they walked towards her, their little chubby fingers stretching out to their mommy who was sitting down in a small rocking chair and clutching a tiny picture in her hands.

"Momma!" Sophie exclaimed loudly, falling into her mother's lap as she tried to get on the chair.

Natalie gave out a small smile as she watched her two babies in front of her. She picked up Sophie and Ryle, placing their chubby bodies on her lap as she kissed their cheeks. They laughed in glee before Ryle spotted the little picture and snatched it out of his mother's hand.

"What is it, momma?" he asked, furrowing his eyebrows at the sight of a small baby in the picture.
