I stared at my father with so much hatred for him in my heart. How could he lock up my bestfriend in his damn secret room. This is the reason why I haven't seen her since I returned from New York. "I guess this is the best way to kill me, isn't it? Kill me and then leave my body here, and no one would ever find it." I said my hands tightening around my bestfriend wrist, my eyes watching my father in a calculative manner. "Fortunately, you are right. It is indeed, the best way to kill a disobedient daughter. So why don't I just go straight to it." He smirked, then takes out a gun from his back and points at me. "You wouldn't really kill your own daughter. Would you?." I uttered in shocked, as I stared at the gun in my father's hand in disbelief. "Of course I can kill you, you are not my daughter after all." He dropped grinning. I just went from shock to frozen. I yawned really loudly, as I stretched... I can't remember when last I had a really good sleep, but all that change last night. I had a super fabulous dream. I believe today is going to be great. Yesterday I had sent Lauren back to her house, I didn't want to keep her in the palace because of my dad. She's really traumatized because of my dad. I promised her I would come visit her today. A knock comes on my window, bringing my attention to it... I stood up from my bed and walked over to the window, it's Aris. I opened the window and let him in. "You know, it amazes me how you are always able to by pass the guards." I said going to sit down on the bed. "Well... I'm glad you feel so amazed by it." he said smirking, I rolled my eyes.  "What brings you here and why can't you enter the palace like every other normal person." I asked him. "Firstly, I have some information for you.

"I'm so glad that everything worked out fine, lauren is safe and you are not dead." I uttered happily, throwing stones at the small river. Aris and I, we are currently in the woods right behind the palace. I love it here, it's peaceful and really calm. "I'm also glad to be alive." Aris said sitting on the ground, not to far from the river. I sat down beside him. He turns to stare at me, "You know, I wasn't afraid when you pointed the gun at me, I guess deep down.. I just knew you wouldn't be able to kill me or do me any harm." He said softly, smiling at me... I smiled back. "I could only think that the only possible solution to rescue Lauren was by killing you, but my heart wouldn't just agree with me."  Aris shifts closer, he leans towards me with a smirk on his lips. "Is this your way of saying..... you have fallen so deeply in love with me, that you can't ever bare to see me hurt." He grins. 

"So you are saying, the girl we rescued who is your bestfriend, is actually working for your father." I uttered in shock, just after Safiya narrated the whole lauren ordeal to me. We are currently seated at the river side, this place is now our meeting place. "Yes, believe me, am in more shock than you. I have know lauren since we were kids, and finding out that she betrayed me.. isn't an information that goes down well with me." I could tell she's sad by the whole betrayal thing. She must have really trusted lauren so much. "So whst are your going to do now? Are you going to let her know, that you well... know who she is."  I asked staring at her briefly.  Safiya sighs staring up at the sky, "I really don't know Aris. I really don't know... but for now I won't say anything to her I just have to think deeply about the whole situation. And come up with a plan, on how to handle the situation."  

"Thanks for saving me Aris, I don't know how I would have got out of that situation back at the palace, if you didn't showed up." I said to Aris, as the both of us stepped out of his car. There's no way I would let anyone be the hero, if this show." He said in a really deep voice. I rolled my eyes.... "Anyway the only problem I have right now is... knowing where my mother must have run to. I'm so worried and wait how did you even know that I was in trouble." I asked him as the thought came to mind all of a sudden. "I got to know that you were in trouble because of your mum. And she is actually inside the safe house right now."
