One minute he was trying to figure out what was bothering him on the file he was working on and the next he felt like his world came crashing down around him.And all it took was the sound of his phone going off with a text. From the preview, it looked like an innocent enough conversation until he opened up the messages to read it all and he suddenly felt sick.It was the message of Vanessa, telling him that the news about and all rumors are no more and now that she has married Edward everything is settled down and she thanked him for all his help. They couldn’t get inside Vanessa’s apartment fast enough. Vanessa was so desperate to keep her mind off her phone that she even played video games with Viana and Nick when she got home.She wished she’d had work or something else so she didn’t feel like she was just waiting around for Edward but those were things she couldn’t control at the moment. Too bad she was awful at video games and her siblings were amazing. She continually kept dying which just frustrated them all but luckily Viana and Nick didn’t kick her out.She was just starting to worry when she got a notification on her phone and Edward’s name lit up the screen.Edward said he will be leaving the work soon.  And if she can you come over?Vanessa was happy to tell him that she’ll be leaving shortly.

In some ways being with Vanessa was the easiest thing in the world, but in some ways, it was the hardest thing for Edward.It wasn’t always easy to shut off the part of his brain that just wanted to keep working on his company’s issue day long.
