DINNER TIME WITH THE LUNA

I decided to barbecue chicken, broccoli with cheese, cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, and buttermilk biscuits for dinner. I started by making up my dad's rib rub for the chicken and then made the buttermilk biscuits and rubbed butter over the top of them. I pealed the potatoes, and then put them on to boil. I went out in the backyard to start the grill and then went back inside and put the rub on the chicken. The rib rub that my dad made was good on any kind of meat. I just hope to be as good of a cook as my parents were. I went out and put the chicken on the grill, I like to cook it low and slow it makes it nice and crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside. I continue to get dinner ready because Luna Gloria would be here soon for dinner. I set the table very nicely for us and made sure I got some wine that would go with our dinner. I decided to make strawberry cheesecake for dessert. The last thing that I got done was the chicken out on the grill.
