Who are you?

"Ahh," Daylen screamed in panic.

He was pulled out of the closet in one swift movement. His heart skittered. He came out with his eyes closed.

The sight of the monster was not one he wished to see. He wasn't sure he could handle the darkness after his heart had glanced at the hope that is his savior.

"We should hurry on out of here," Zane voiced out.

Daylen's eyes shot open. The voice was unfamiliar to him so he opened his eyes to check who he was. His heart jumped with joy when he saw that it was Syvan that came for him.

"Hold on," Syvan let out before carrying Daylen in his arms. He walked over to the window with him. It was the only way out of the room, the blood traders had invaded the whole hospital and his circle was still twenty minutes out.

He had to rescue his mate before he was taken from him. Daylen was lost. Being in Syvan's hold, he felt so calm and safe. The worries he had just seemed to fade away.

Daylen rested his head on Syvan's shoulder and let the man carry him. The
