Chapter 12 - Kurt
It was taking every ounce of control to keep Godric on a leash. Hearing there is a traitor within Bloodmoon, a traitor who could endanger Isis, has Godric thirsty for blood. I had shoved my hands into my pants, clenching them tightly into fists to resist the urge to break something.
If I break something in John and Sarael’s brand new home, I’m guessing I would be a dead man. And I don’t want to let Godric’s rage blind me and lose control like I did when Isis was injured.
I don’t want Isis to see Godric like that or me. I felt so out of control, unhinged… like Siegfried. I don’t want to be anything like that bastard.
