Nate's POV

I had breakfast and waited a little while to see Isabella but it was taking too long so I went back to the study room

I called Damien to my study room and I told him to have the boys ready.

I told him that I would be travelling later that evening and he should have the car ready.

He also needs to pack up some of my things because I don't know how long I would need to be away.

He left and I got back to work.

I had received a series of work emails from Jane.

She told me that I had missed two site inspections I was supposed to check the previous day.

I had completely forgotten about it.

I told her to reschedule the meetings if it will be possible for this afternoon before I leave.

She gave me a response minutes later.

The site inspection had been rescheduled and the date was for today.

She was going to join me so to the inspection site.

Also, I needed to pass some documents that I had worked on to her so she could disperse them to our clients.
