Chapter Twenty Nine

She couldn't sit calmly. Her face was worried and scared mulling over the situation. She was repenting to ask Olivia anything. She was frightened to face Olivia. She was holding herself responsible.

She forced herself to sit on the couch. Her hands were shivering at her sides. Unable to sit, she drew herself to her feet again. She walked out of the room. There was no guard outside.

'I know where you will be,'

Drifting her gaze around, she made her way to the gym. It was empty. There was no guard in the house at that time.

She spun and took the stairs to reach his office. She was terrified, her heart was pounding loud in her ears.

She grasped the railing to support her weight as she heard noises, shouts, and the sound of breaking things.

Reaching in front of the door, she stared at it in dread. Goosebumps ripped through the skin of her nape.
