She fell to the ground, a cloud of dust rising around us as she did.
Her eyes were closing but before they did, five wolves were raised into the air and their necks were snapped.

~Avery~ When I looked back, I saw everyone sound asleep, what made my heart stop for a second, was that I saw myself asleep too. I was laying next to Alex, his arm wrapped around my shoulders like a shield, my chest rising and falling with every breath.
