Chapter eighteen

"Beep beep beep!" I heard a beeping sound that caught my attention.

I fluttered my eyes open and I was in a room, a white room, there was a machine hooked on me.

I sat up straight scanning the room and both my parents sat on the couch with mom sleeping soundly on dad's chest while he lightly stroked her hair.

His eyes were closed so he didn't notice that I was awake.

I winced lightly when I felt a pounding head ache

"You are awake!" Mom exclaimed and in less than a second, she was sitting on the bedside.

"Mom," I said as she carefully removed my hand from my head and softly massaged me.

I looked at her as she carefully did the massage, my headache slowly disappearing.

I don't know what I did to deserve this type of treatment but I absolutely love it.

I relaxed on the bed as she continued massaging me kicking out the headache, and making me feel calm and absolutely amazing!

"Feeling better, hm?" she asked and I nodded my head,

"Yeah the headache is gone now,"
