"Sir, Lady Brenda has arrived," I heard one of the servants announce, and I immediately pushed aside the paperwork I had on my table and also turned off my computer.

I had asked one of my servants to deliver a message to Brenda that I wanted to see her and that she should please meet me at my office, but I didn't expect her to show up so quickly because she wasn't exactly the most punctual person. I would have gone to see her instead, but I suddenly had a lot of work piling up, and I couldn't leave the office until I finished with the paperwork.

I heard the door open and I assumed it was Brenda walking in.

"Hey, babe," I said with a smile as soon as I saw her.

She looked exceptionally beautiful today, and I couldn't help but smile because of how captivating her beauty was right now. She usually always looks beautiful, but for some reason, she looked even prettier today, and I could tell that she put a lot more effort into her makeup, but I wasn't complaining since I was content
