Mae’s P.O.V

Rolling my wheelchair to the kitchen counter, my fingers trailed the edge of the knife, and different grotesque thoughts about what this could do to Elodie coursed through my mind.

I heaved an exasperated sigh, slamming the knife on the kitchen counter and I was about to move away when something vibrated against the kitchen’s counter, I froze at the spot.

Glancing behind me, I caught sight of Elodie’s phone and my eyes piqued with curiosity. I moved towards the kitchen counter, taking the phone and I was taken aback when I discovered that the phone had no password of any sort.

“Woah”

However, my eyes almost popped out of their sockets when my gaze landed on the message that appeared on her phone’s screen. I raised a brow in confusion before rubbing my hands on my eyes to be sure that I was seeing right.

My mouth parted in shock, my other hand covering my mouth in a bid to control the screams that were about to escape my lips.

“What the fuck! What the actual fuck?”
