Liam's pov

"It was Priscilla who texted me," I explained, when Asher asked again why I had left her in the room. "She said she wouldn't be able to visit us again." I knew I was stretching the truth, Priscilla, my cousin had texted me, but that wasn't why I had rushed out of the room.

"So that was why you acted like someone who had seen a ghost" She said, raising an eyebrow. "I was even asking what's wrong but you just ran out of the room" She said again.

"Em…yes, I had been longing to see her. It's been a while since we saw each other. When she said she won't be able to come again I felt sad and disappointed". I said, trying to sound sincere.

"It's alright, I don't want this to cause any argument again" She said softly.
