I'm cooking lunch for Dominic and me since the kids are at their grandparents' house. Both George and Beatrice insist that Ethan and Madelyn go to their house and spend a night with them. It's the weekend, after all. Of course, I don't want to be a burden, so I hire Jess and Lily to go with them.

I don't know what happened, but right now, Dominic is just sitting at the dining table, doing nothing, just staring at me from earlier. Probably already 2 hours after he delivered the kids to his parent's house, he just sits there, watching me.

I can't stay focused, though; I keep making mistakes. His eyes do not stop looking at me. I feel nervous. His gaze is heavy, staring into my soul, making me so damn blush.

"Why are you looking at me like that? It's been two hours; you keep looking at me." Finally, I encourage myself to ask him.
