Lexi’s POV

“We leave when I’m ready and you better be ready by then.” He growled before turning to make his way to his room.

Crying, I clutched my stomach as I crawled to the edge of the stairs, my head felt like there were a thousand bells ringing inside it. My stomach aches and I could feel myself dying inside.

Struggling to stand, I walked to my room and sat on the edge of the bed as what happened back downstairs played again in my head.
