CHAPTER 6

When I woke up, I found myself lying on my bed back at the feral pack house. Did I really get kidnapped? Was it a dream? I pondered, glancing down at my body.

I was now wearing a simple white dress while my hair was tied in a bun. Perhaps Lysa or one of the other females might have helped change my clothes, I thought as I got down from the bed to go freshen up.

Images of last night's event replayed in my head, and as I recalled the big black wolf and what it said about punishing me, I gasped and hastened my movement.

"Light, the alpha has summoned you," Lysa walked into my room and announced right after I walked out of the bathroom. She had a look of pity on her face as she stared at me and I wondered why.

"Why did you run away Light, I warned you not to provoke the alpha," she spoke as she handed me the white dress which I removed.

"I..." I opened my mouth, but nothing came out. Instead, I sighed. "Thank you for changing my clothes."
