Amber's POV

His gaze grew dimmer, only emptiness could be seen in his gray eyes.

"I... am a murderer. I... am a monster," said Everett with a blank look. Those gray eyes looked so miserable. I don't really understand Everett's ambiguous words. But, I think I'm starting to understand the current situation.

"It doesn't matter." Everett looked very surprised when I suddenly hugged him.
