Bad Dreams
My hands were shaking, I could hear Lucas whispering to me but I couldn’t comprehend his words. I just wanted to sink further into his arms. Cody had looked at me shocked, the betrayal written all over his face. A voice in the back of my mind told me I shouldn’t be upset about what I had done, after all, he was there for me. He would have killed Lucas or at least tried. That voice while it spoke reason couldn’t get the rest of my mind to listen to it fully.
