Someone to blame

It was night and Oliver was staring at the ceiling, lying on the bed, thinking his whole life was a lie. Like....it was literally a lie. He just couldn't remember any life other than the one he knew he had lived.

Sam told Oliver everything about his past and Oliver didn't know how to react. A small part of him wanted to thank Ronald for saving him from dying of poverty and another small part wanted to throttle Ronald for wrenching him apart from his family and a big part of him wanted to find out his real parents.

Oliver smiled, he remembered Sam had told him his real name was Benjamin Bruce.

It sounded stupid to Oliver. He went towards the mirror and looked at himself and said,"I am Benjamin Bruce"

Oliver smiled, it really did sound like a stupid name. But then,his parents had named him that, it felt like it was something precious to him.
