" Ishu… stop", I held her hand which was trembling.

" Don't do such things which you are not comfortable with. Ask the nurse to do it. I can understand how uncomfortable it will be for you to stay close to me after what I did with you, " I said, feeling ashamed of my deeds.

She looked at me and informed me, " It's okay. The nurse can't do it alone as she is the only one on duty ". Then she continued unbuttoning my shirt.

" Ishu...please...stop. I can't take help from you. It's better if you leave me in my misery. I have no right to take some help from you, " I said in a cracked voice.

She looked in my face for one second and broke eye contact. " I'm just trying to help the nurse. If you feel uncomfortable then it is your problem, not mine. I will be glad if you don't talk with me, " she said in a serious tone.

Meanwhile, the nurse came inside the room with the medical dressing kit.

" Madam...please help me while I am dressing the injury of your husband, " the nurse ask
