Lily woke up with a headache and sat up after a moment of trying to figure out the events from the night before. The room was still empty and it was already bright outside.
She was about to get out of bed when the bedroom door came open and Roman walked in with a breakfast tray.
He set it on the bed beside her and sat next to it.
"What's this for?" Lily raised an eyebrow and memories from last night flooded her head. She buried her face between her palms in embarrassment and shook her head.
"What? You don't like it?" He wondered.
She decided it would be best not to bring it up and so she offered a weak smile, "it's not that. Thank you for the meal." She said, looking at the pancakes that were inviting.
