Chapter seventeen: Guilt

Dane's POV

The healer arrived an hour later looking a little bit pale, sincerely I cared less about her I only wanted Gianna to be fine and nothing else.

Whatever happened to her in the closet is none of my business. She is the cause of all this mess in this first place. If she had stayed by her side, none of this would have happened.

"I'm so sorry Alpha, I had a running stomach, it just started suddenly, I think I was poisoned" She complained. She was a shivering mess and was afraid to meet my eyes.
