CHAPTER 14 Keep Humiliating

  Rhea's POV

  It was early in the morning, the sun had risen and disappeared a hundred times now. Sitting at the edge of my bed I stare out of the window.

  My life seems empty like my glass of wine that was full a few minutes ago, my whole world is spinning around me. I am confused and broken.

  The absence of my wolf, the painful tragedy that suddenly befalls my late parents; I know that things could be a little easier assuming my parents were still alive. Tears roll down my cheeks as I stare out from the window, looking at the drops of water falling from the sky on how they suddenly vanish into the moist soil.

  I wish that my pain could easily go away like that. In my mind, I kept wishing that I could skip some years and fast forward to when it gets better but as usual the reality is there to stare you in the face reminding you of your hidden pains.
