Chapter Thirty Seven - The Malicious Ploy

Cassandra had slipped away from Theo while he was busy chatting to a group of his classmates as he grabbed their drinks.

She had explicitly told Theo to take Lucy upstairs somewhere quieter and to look for a room with a bar. Once he had her inside, she had told him that she would make sure that he had the opportunity to seduce her.

He had resisted heavily at first, but reminding him of the position he was in with a few pictures of his sister and the men she had left her with was enough to convince him that if he didn’t go through with this, his sister would be on the receiving end of what she had planned for Lucy.

Even when he had asked her how she planned to do that, she had refused to answer, just shrugging lightly and telling him that Lucy had a poor tolerance for alcohol and she would most likely come on to him and make it abundantly obvious that she wanted him.

She smiled to herself as she pushed her way through the throng of people and up the stairs, stopping outside of the door
