Chapter 8

I couldn’t move my body from my tensed muscles that’s building inside me. My eyes are glued on Adolf’s insensible body. I felt the enemies trying to push me away. They are screaming at me and telling me to move.

But I didn’t.

My mind is wandering somewhere else. I could feel my blood flowing in one direction and my heart beating calmly. My eyes instantly closed on its own and everything around me faded. I don’t know where the enemies went or how did it happen.

All I know is that I am at peace. It’s like I am floating in an unagitated state. I breathed in and out and open my eyes. In front of me is Lowell who is ready to capture me when an unexpected thing happened.
