Chapter 9. Defying The Alpha

*Alpha Zero*

After she washed up in the icy cold water of the stream, we went back to the car near the road. I saw Derek gently tapping his fingers on the steering wheel, a habit he does when he's bored. But he was suddenly alert when he saw us coming. I heard the door click unlocked, then I took a slight turn of my head to make sure that the Princess is following behind me.

"Time to shift back Princess."

I effortlessly spread my paws and bend down slightly to return back into my human form. My transformation is always quick and easy. I waited for a few seconds to passed but I didn't hear any crackling of her bones. While I stand there naked near the door of the car, her wolf form stood still looking at me.

"Princess, I know you enjoyed the view but you need to shift back too. What's keeping you?"

I tried to hide my irritation with a slight teasing on my voice.

"I...i, don't have a change of clothes." Her tiny voice made me wanna laugh. Oh yeah, she had kept her clothes on while shifting into her wolf form and that made her clothes completely destroyed.

I opened the door of the car and grab my own clothes in the backseat, i put on my boxers before my jeans. Consciously feeling her wolf eyes boring holes behind my back. I put my shirt last and hold the jacket in my hand.

"Stop staring at me like you haven't seen a real man get naked before!"

I faced the furry little wolf behind me and hold out the jacket onto her. "You will have to fit into this for now so you won't get cold."

I saw how her eyes was shocked with the words that I said. But she have no choice but to use my jacket, she was not able to take any of her clothing due to the circumstances we had. But I had made sure all her belongings are safe back in her car which was maneuvered by one of my warriors.

She looked at the jacket which I opened with both of my hands to cover her wolf form. Her eyes went back from the jacket and to my face before I heard the slow crackling of her bones. I pretended to looked away and gave her a tiny space. I kept my gaze onto the road for about one minute until I felt her grab the jacket from my hand.

My eyes automatically landed back to her. I saw how my jacket just rested a few inches above her knee, she was half way in zipping it when it got stuck in the middle of her stomach. Shit!...

"I..please can you fix the zipper?"

Her eyes looked up to me, she stood there like a helpless little child. In her five foot three, against my six foot five length. But I couldn't help to noticed her innocent face and as my eyes travelled down...through her body as beautiful as the descendants of venus, and back at her eyes that looked deep into my soul. I could only say..she is a tempting little wench!

I cleared my throat and mumbled something incoherent.

"Fuck! Just my luck.. I clearly told the Alpha King I am not the one to baby sit her sister!"

She let out a sharp breath and open her mouth to speak.

"Well I'm sorry Alpha..but I was not forcing you to take me. It is the other way around, if you have let me flee then you will not have encountered this unfortunate situations with me."

I took a deep harsh breath and pulled the jacket towards me, sending her closed to my body. Her sudden gasped made my brows furrowed, the wench is not immune to my looks after all. I smirked while my hands tried the zipper up but it's still stuck. If I pull it down her hands are there, quickly stopping the zip, and I know the reason why. Pulling it down some more would exposed her lower body to me.

"Then let the rogues take you? Why you should be thankful I got you in time, or the rogues might have taken you right now! You are such a careless little brat! Now you owe me...never forget that!

I was well aware of her soft velvety skin inside the jacket and i had the chance to peek on those twin valleys at her chest. My throat suddenly went dry and i gritted my teeth to not say another curse word.

"Thank you very much Alpha Zero...i owe my life to you so much. You are such a good friend to the Alpha King but it's the alliance that have kept me alive. I know so well if i am not the Alpha King's sister you wouldn't even lift a finger to help me. Now tell me, to whom should i be truly grateful?"

My eyes turned back to her face as finally the zipper slide up, covering her body against my sight.

"Don't get sarcastic on me! Remember i am still an Alpha and right now you are under my command. Your  brother entrusted you to me, you are here to follow my order and to learn. Do not ever lose respect while talking to me!...or you will face the consequences of your actions".

I made sure our eyes locked while i spoke in a sharp and dominant tone. She might be the Princess from the Royal pack but i am the Alpha of the North and right now we are in my territory. She is under my command.

The wench stared back at me with her pretty little face. I hate that she shows no fear towards the situation that she's in. My eyes travelled around her features, so perfect, so pretty even with her hair slightly damp from the water in the stream. And not to mention that she have nothing on underneath my jacket.

"Oh, now are you telling me to apologize? Because I don't really feel like apologizing to you. And yeah I just thanked you and it's not my fault it sounded sarcastic from your ears".

The wench have regained her strength after the meal and is now verbally fighting me. She doesn't know what happens to the wolves under my pack who fail to obey my direct command, so I'll maybe forgive her now.

"Do not test my patience Princess.. You know damn well what kind of Alpha I am, and I assure you. You won't like it when I'm mad, and right now there is only little of my patience left for you. Get inside the car before I let you taste the first punishment I have in mind or would you rather find out now?"

I lowered my head just few inches away from her face, letting my breath skimmed her cheeks. The slight movement of her eyes gave me the idea that she was scared, then I moved backward to open the door for her.

She stomped her foot and get inside the car, leaving me with a delicious sight from her attire. I slammed the door as long as she gets in, letting her know I'm not the one who tolerates disrespect. Then I opened the door beside my Beta, and let her sat at the back alone.

"Is everything alright Alpha Zero?"

Derek asked while looking at me, he knows I am about to really blew my top.

"It's nothing that I couldn't handle, drive now and let me have a moment of peace. If I have known that to baby sit a Princess is more difficult than hunting the rogues, I would have let the other Alphas to do this job."

The harshed intake of breath coming from the backseat of the car had told us both she didn't like what I said. But I don't care, it's true that she's nothing but a pain in the neck ever since I met her at the Palace.

"Oh, I'm sorry about that Apha. Just let me know if there's anything you want me to do".

"Nothing for now Derek, come on let's go."

I have put on my seatbelt and Derek started to drive the car back home. I just hope this brat behind us would not whine when she sees the place that she will be staying for the next three months. But it's not like there's anything she could do. I just hate how she's acting spoiled and bratty. And hate her for not showing any respect or fear towards me.

I hated the she wolves that are weak but she's different. She looked weak physically but that changes after she had her meal and she's stubborn too. She just talked back at me, which no she wolves of the Cold Mountain pack ever did. Maybe she have the guts because of her status but the first thing she gotta learn when living with me for the next three months is to respect and follow my command.

It won't matter if she is a Princess and it won't even matter if she's the sister of the Alpha King. Because if she won't follow, then I would have to send her back. I would talk to the Alpha King myself, if her sister is a hopeless case.
