Chapter 9: A Wolf Attack

Vanessa's POV~

We went to the forest, I was overwhelmed with the sunlight and fresh scent of flowers. The view was mesmerising. Birds chirping, tress dancing with wind. All I could do was stay here for my entire life. 

I was going deeper and deeper inside, like the forest was calling me. Liam obviously was following me but with no interest in the beauty of the place. 

He was walking quietly while putting his earphones. 

Day turned darker. I was tired by now. 

" let's go back school bunker" I smirked at him. 

" really.. Finally... Princess you made me hell tired. What kind of stamina you have. " he scratched his nose. 

I chuckled. 

" a stamina which only develops when you work day and night at home and cafe." I said. 

Home. Could  I call it a home? With those cruel people living there. I remembered all the wretched things they did to me. It made my heart ache.
