CHAPTER 20
Xavier stayed where he was as he saw “Tucker” and Sierra leave the restaurant. He followed them in the car that he borrowed from Mack. From what he could tell they had no idea that he was even there, which was good. He followed them down the dark, dirt road until they came to a stop. He knew that he didn’t have much time to get Sierra out of harm’s way, so he quietly snuck up behind his car. He waited for a few minutes then reached the driver side door. As soon as he saw the terror on Sierra's face, he knew that he needed to get her to safety and fast!
He struck the window on the driver's door and watched it shatter; he then reached through the broken window and grabbed a handful of "Tucker's" hair and yanked his head back far enough to slide his other arm around his throat. When Xavier had his arm in place he applied just enough pressure to slow his oxygen intake to the point that "Tucker" passed out.

After receiving an anonymous tip that Brent Cummings was using aliases, Mack quickly gathered information on all the alleged aliases that were reported. He was on his way to Flukes Lane; where Doctor Tucker Gillian's vehicle was last spotted. He was worried about Sierra, he should have been there to protect her. When he arrived, with his backup, Dr. Gillian's vehicle was still parked and the engine was off. Mack couldn't see if there was anybody in the car from where he was parked so he quietly exited his car.He motioned for a couple officers to move around the passenger side while he walked to the driver's side, he told everyone to proceed with caution. "This guy is very dangerous and possible armed so be extremely careful!" Mack couldn't stress that enough. With weapon drawn and his back up at the ready he approached the driver's window. Brent Cummings was extremely pissed, he had no idea who the guy was or where he had taken Sierra! He had to leave his car on that road because his keys were gone. He had gotten out of the car and hidden himself just minutes before the cops showed up. What pissed him off more was that he had been taken by surprise.When he finally arrived at his house, two hours later, he was in so much pain. Somehow during the struggle he broke his left index and middle fingers. He wen to the liquor cabinet and pulled out a bottle of 100 proof whisky, he took a huge swig and resent his broken bones. He let out a long line of curses then he took in a calming breath. That son-of-a-b***h will pay for causng him so much pain! He taped his fingers together and made his way to the medicine cabinet for some aspirin. This little ordeal just fueled his obsession for Sierra all the more.He needed to think of somthing, really special for her.

Xavier had no idea if she remembered so he was trying to find some way to tell her. He looked over at her, she was sitting very quietly and as far away from his as she could possibly manage, within the confinements of the car. We also know that there was a gentleman in here inquiring about Sierra's whereabouts before she went missing. After sneaking into the station through the back door to the morgue, Brent made his way up to the evidence room on the second floor. He was b le to make it passed several officers without being recognized. He walked up to a door that had a window and a slot. "Hello, I need to log this bag in for evidence.""Yes sir, Officer Robertson, pleas sign in and you have fifteen minutes." I was sitting in the shower just letting the hot water run down my body. It was like I was in the twilight zone, everything that's happened feels so unreal, yet here I am in a very luxurious apartment with someone I thought, or hoped, I would never see again! Once Mark figured out how brent managed to get into the station, he made a point to block off the doorway so that nobody could enter or exit through it. The phone was being dusted for prints, but Mack doubted if they would find any. The house really wasn't that hard to break into, he just simply carded his way inside. He sut the door very quiently behind him and stood very still just listening for any noises throughtout the house. Once he was sure that he hadn't woken up anybody he proceeded up the stairs and down the hall to the first door on the right. Syringe at the ready he peered inside...empty.
