Escaping the Guards

"Being monitored by guards isn't so hard Imelda, when the guy in question is so cute," Naya purred, gushing over her guard that followed beside us like a robot.

"Get a grip on yourself Naya," Maya smacked her.

"Ouch!" Naya winced in pain, rubbing her head as she glared at Maya.

"What was that for?"

"Stop twisting in your pants for him, he is just a guard and a fly we need to get rid of," Maya huffed, glaring at her own guard.

We had three guards hovering over us, Naya swooning over hers, Maya spitting fire from her eyes at hers and me, I simply pretended that the stupid guard hovering over me didn't exist even though his presence was disturbing.

We were supposed to be assigned two guards but we refuted, not like our opinions mattered anyways. We were just women and no one cared about our opinions. The King still rigid on his decision to have us monitored not until Derek intervened and it was reduced to one.
