Vladimir remained calm in the face of Flavian's question, he had other fish to fry. This, of course, involved Luxiana and her dark new face. He wants to understand what's got into her, but seeing Flavian's amused but serious face, he'll leave it to later.

They are no longer alone and as much as she would like to know the depths of her master's thoughts, the moment is no longer appropriate.
