Heart ache

"Miss Simpson, I tried to sabotage her character in front of Mr. Knight. I intentionally suggested going to the same pub where I know Mr. Knight was meeting the clients. I toasted Ivy first and like sheep, everyone followed suit. She was drunk within an hour. But before the man I hired could take advantage of her, Mr. Knight came to her rescue. Miss Simpson, something was going on between them. Mr. Knight was very protective of her. This is unheard of. Miss Simpson, I think it's better not to try anything against her ever again" Tiffany suggested.

Tiffany is still scared. If someone suspected her involvement in whatever happened in that pub, she is worried that Mr. Knight might kill her as well.

Catherine on the other hand is not pleased to hear this. She is enraged.
