Katherine's POV

I can say she regrets her words immediately after saying it as she noticed Benjamin holding his mom who took her last breath on his lap.

“Noo! Mom, you can't do this to me. Please open your eyes.” Benjamin called her and my past self went near him and saw his mother tearfully.

Guess she hates him but not his mother.

After the funeral, I saw the wolf Katherine and Benjamin talking to each other and hearing her I felt angry at her even though I know she is my past life character and we both are the same.

“It's your karma for killing my mate Benjamin. You deserve this and even more suffering. I feel bad for your mother. She was never happy with your father and you.” But Benjamin was too depressed to answer her and silently went from there.

As she saw Benjamin's retreating figure she noticed something and ran after him. “What's in your back?” she asked, pointing towards something.

“It's my birth mark.” Benjamin said but his voice or face showed no emotions.
