“There must be a good reason why you were bothering me with calls all day. I was in a meeting and my phone kept buzzing. This better be good!” he shouted.

I tilted my head slowly and scratched my hair a little so he would notice the person who was seated in my office.

He stretched his neck a little when he realized that there was someone in there.

He moved forward to look and he stopped in front of the visitor. This man's confidence was topnotch. I would be shaking if I had behaved like that not knowing that there was someone in the room.

I was a little distracted by Xander's slightly open shirt but I cleared my throat and composed myself.

“Get it together, Bella!” I shouted in my head.

“If it isn't this bastard!” Xander shouted angrily, clenching his fists by his sides.

“Huh? What the hell is going on? Did they know each other?”

I was so confused and I really wanted to intervene before they killed each other. Knowing Xander a little, I knew he could get very violent.
