Angelo feels like he is about to die because of how overcrowded the bus is- he thinks that the sardine container is even more spacious than the bus he is riding right now. Adding to it is the inexplicable smell that his nose inhales from behind him. He almost feels like becoming a double dead person because of the fragrance he smells from behind him.
He was unable; to cover his nose because, first of all, he was holding the rabbit in one hand while the other was clutching to the railings of the bus. And he also thought that he might look rude if he covered his nose.
“Bad luck. How many years did this person not take a bath,” Angelo said to himself while holding his breath? “His fragrance is something else, to the point where he can be an endorser of exotic perfumes.”
Angelo almost got suffocated in his location. He didn’t know what to do when suddenly, something caught his eye.
“Is she getting down?” in one corner, he saw an elderly wom
When Angelo arrived at the terminal, he immediately looked for the bus with a signboard posted “Haven.” He went around the terminal, and when he saw what he was looking for: Angelo immediately boarded the bus. If he rode it much later- it might be crowded again, and he would not; be able to sit down, so he decided to board the bus immediately. Fortunately, there weren’t many passengers on the bus; there were only ten people on board- so he could choose the seat he wanted. When he sat down, he looked around for posters placed; on the sides and front of the bus because he might be hustled by the bus conductor again. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw no such thing that would eat his money away, “Good, I can ask a question freely later.” While he was sitting, his stomach suddenly rumbled- which caused him to be a little embarrassed. He looked out the window, intending to find a food vendor nearby, and luckily a man selling snacks entered the bus wh
With his head resting on the rabbit’s stomach as if it were a pillow, Angelo slept soundly because of the exhaustion he felt throughout the trip. When they arrived at the third bus stop, the bus conductor approached him to wake him up. “Ma’am, we’re already here, in Haven.” The bus conductor said while at the same time he weakly shook Angelo. “The heck, five more minutes, please. I’m not that yet excited to go to heaven. You can go there first.” He absently suggested- to the person who interferes with his precious sleep. “But ma’am, you might not arrive at your intended destination if you won’t wake up now.” The bus conductor angrily barks at the girl while he shakes her shoulders more intensely. “What the fudge, dude!” Angelo shouted, which startled the passengers. “My dream would have been beautiful. My sweetest Amanda and I would have kissed. Our lips were so close already. Dude, you better bring me back to my dream world.” “But, Ma
“We’re already here at the Garden of Peace Resting Place, ma’am. What I mean is sir,” said the guard as he pointed to the signage posted. “Do you want me to accompany you inside?” “No, it’s alright. You don’t have to accompany me inside since I think I’ve already wasted too much of your time.” “I’m glad you know.” The guard said sarcastically to him. “What did you just say?” Angelo asked,“What’s wrong with the people I meet today. Why do most of them have bad manners?” “What I mean is, to be careful inside,” the guard was embarrassed because he lowered his voice, but he didn’t think that the woman would hear what he said. “Then, I’m leaving.” “Thank you, sir.” Angelo first thanked the guard, and then he said goodbye to the man. Angelo made his way to the Garden of Peace Resting Place alone, and when he entered, he looked around the place. He’s hoping to find his parents and siblings in this vast cemetery. In the distance,
As Angelo runs, he seems to feel someone following him. So he ran even faster because it was getting late. It might be even more dangerous for him if he stays in this place a bit longer. Angelo doesn’t know what might happen to him because he’s just new here, and he doesn’t know- the way. Also, if Angelo stays longer in this cemetery, he thinks that the dead will suddenly rise from their grave. Even though his body is dead, he doesn’t want to see spirits of his kind. He stopped running when he felt the cold air behind him again. He slowly looked back while praying that hopefully, he would not see a scary ghost. When he turned around, he was trembling and slowly opened his eyes, and the rabbit he had released earlier appeared to him. He sighed and approached the rabbit who followed him earlier, “You scared me. I thought I was going to have a heart attack because of you. I thought there was a ghost following me, but it’s just you.” Angelo picked up the
“Finally, we’re here.” Rain said as she tried to break the silence that enveloped the two of them. “That’s where my house is. The second house with brown paint.” Angelo’s eyes followed the direction Rain pointed. He saw the house that she was talking. He observes that there were also other structures in the area- that the girl mentioned, aside from her residence. “I would have liked to invite you to dinner at my house but, maybe someone is already looking for you since it’s almost dark.” Rain suddenly spoke as Angelo was busy looking toward’s the direction of; Rain’s house. “Thank you, but like as you said, it’s going to be night. Maybe next time.” Angelo politely rejects Rain because he had to go home before that ugly creature loses his temper. “All right, if you come here again. You know the flower shop and my house, you can visit whenever you want,” Rain replied kindly. “Then I’m going ahead of you. Till next time..” Rain happily said goodb
After removing the particles from his teeth, Angelo thought about going back to the bus terminal. Carrying the rabbit, he crosses the road speedily while avoiding the speeding cars. After Angelo’s do or death stunt with the speeding cars, he reached the bus terminal. “What’s the name of the bus I rode earlier?”Angelo just scratched his head because he could no longer remember the name of the bus he rode earlier to the bus terminal. He walked around the terminal, wanting to remember the bus he was supposed to take. “What’s the name of the place where Mark lives again,”Angelo regretted why he had forgotten something important. If ever he had known earlier that he’s going to be lost now. He would have stolen some expensive things from Mark’s house first so that somehow he could have something to pawn for his expenses. “It’s weird. Why do I always forget to remember the names of places.” After removing the particles from his teeth, Ang
Angelo followed the man to one of the offices inside the station. When they entered the office, the man suddenly shouted at her. “What the h*ll are you doing here?!” There was anger on the man’s face when he saw Aimie’s face in the place where he worked. “Ugly looking frog, why are you getting angry? You’re not that handsome, so please don’t crumble your face since you’re getting uglier.”Angelo was frustrated because of the behavior of the man in front of him. The actions of the man in front of him tell Angelo. He might have done something dissatisfactory towards the man, which is impossible since he is a morally abiding citizen. “Do you think I’ll feel sorry for you because you’re here in front of me with that pathetic face of yours?” The man got even angrier when he saw the expression on Aimie’s face, which seemed to beg him for help. “What do you mean, pathetic face? With this handsome face of mine. You’re going to tell me that my face is ugl
"Yur mi brader?" “Sh*t, why am I speaking weirdly?”Angelo couldn’t help but belittle himself for what he had just said. Aimie’s older brother, on the other hand, was tense because of what he heard. He didn’t think that just running away from home could cause Aimie’s way of speaking to become weird and distorted. “What’s your problem. Why are you speaking like that?” Aimie’s older brother raised an eyebrow as he asked Angelo. He thinks his younger sister’s screw seems to have come loose. “What’s your problem with my way of speaking, you frog?” Angelo couldn’t help but be angry because the other just disrespected his way of talking. “If you won’t be serious, then I’ve got no choice but to throw these shoes in your face.” Aimie’s brother saw that the person he was talking to was indeed serious. So he coughs twice before speaking again. “First of all, what are you doing here?” When he calm
