Even as he led us upstairs I didn’t know how I felt. Lucas was used to getting his way and it scared me to think what he would do if I went against him. His bedroom was huge and my eyes were instantly drawn to his bed. I walked in letting him shut the door behind us before I turned around and watched him remove his jacket.

Lucas had lead me upstairs to his room sitting me down before going to run water for me a bath. I still wasn't quite sure what to think about him. Over the next month, Lucas and I worked on building our relationship. It wasn’t alwasy easy but we managed to figure out what worked for us. I spent every weekend with him at his house and he would spend a couple of nights a week at mine.
