Chapter 11: Outside my comfort zone

“Hassan!” I called out his name in a low shocked voice, unable to believe he was here in my office. I walked in and closed the door behind me, and looked up to see him facing me wearing that gorgeous smile that makes me weak in the knees.

“I brought coffee just like I promised,” he raised the two cups in his hand.

I didn't think he would have done it. Lots of men promise things that they don't end up fulfilling, and I must say it pleases me to know that he is different in that regard.

“You know that one cup is enough,” I teased as I made my way around the table to the other side.

“I thought that I keep you company while you drink your cup,” he said with a wink. “May I?” He indicated the seat across from mine.

“Please,” I waved him down.

“Here this is for you,” he pushed the cup in his right hand towards me.
