Chapter Seven

I let out a small moan, as I began to wake from my unconciousness. My eyes barely opened before I could see the concerned faces around the room staring at me.

"I told you she would be okay!" Lauralie gawked excitedly as she saw my eyes flutter.

"Her neck is badly damaged from being choked, but she should make a full recovery in a few short hours," Jesse says, tilting my head up. He began to flash a light into my eyes, checking on the concussion that I was diagnosed with prior.

"She heals fast. No sign of her concussion." he said, sounding shocked. "Are we sure she isn't a werewolf?"

Declan clears his throat gestering to Jesse as they make there way out of the bedroom. I could hear them talk about something, saying half blood and mom, but it put too much strain on my pounding head to try and listen.

Sitting up in the bed, I try to remember what exactly happened. A lot of it was a blur and I couldn't seem to remember why my throat hurts.
